The Atalanta Advising Vision

Through my years of teaching both my own children and others, my goal has always been to help students discover where their interests lie, how to pursue and broaden those interests, and how to best accommodate their own learning styles while maintaining their natural curiosity and innate love of learning.

As high school students approach that sometimes difficult, frequently stressful, but always wondrous transition to college and young adulthood, they may again need assistance. This is the time for a college admissions coach to help students look back at where they’ve been, remember the journey that got them to where they are today, and start to articulate a coherent 'story of me' that will help guide them through the college application process.

That is the vision that has led me to the educational consulting profession as a college admissions consultant.
